Kathleen embraced the teaching of Yoga many years ago at the University of Toledo. She realized quickly that yoga was much more than physical exercise. During a stressful time of her life, she put aside her aerobics certification and focused strictly on the practice of Yoga.
Kathleen is a trained and certified Yoga instructor focusing on the Asthanga method of yoga. Ashtanga is considered a more difficult form of yoga however with practice, it will increase a student’s body and mind.
